		<description>I am a small liquor store owner. I would be in favor of the bill if the state would stop issuing liquor licenses. They have already violated their own guidelines concerning concentration of liquor licenses. The cities and states want the fees associated with new licenses. Put me out of business, just give me the ability to sell me license.</description>
